Upgrades to Insight Online Coming Soon!
We have exciting news! On April 21, 2015, we will introduce our new online banking solution designed to provide you with a more feature rich experience that is completely customizable to fit your needs. Some of the new and improved features include:
- Activity Log – View recent activity including account logins, transfers, deposits, payments, etc.
- Calendar – View upcoming Credit Union events; add your own events, reminders, etc.
- Message Center – Send secure email to a Financial Services Representative from inside Insight Online.
- Settings – Customize personal information, challenge questions, site markers and applications within online banking.
- Widgets – Customize your own dashboard to include the features you use the most. Add or hide items like the Message Center, Events Calendar, Local Branch and more.
When the new and improved Insight Online debuts you will have the option to register immediately or wait for a better time. Current Insight Online (as it exists today) will be available for a short period of time during the transition.
All members will need to go through a one-time registration process to access the new and improved Insight Online. This new upgrade provides a more secure and faster sign-in process by creating your new unique username, password and choosing a profile picture, all of which you will establish at the time you register. Not to worry, the process is quick and easy and we will provide you with step by step instructions when the new system is available.
One of the first improvements we have made is to our eAlerts, eStatements and Skip-A-Payment services. If you have notifications and alerts currently set up, rest assured, you will continue to receive those as you normally would.
Do you use eStatements?
While everyone will have the option to register immediately or wait for a better time, please know, members with eStatements, will need to access their eStatements in the new system beginning May 1. We strongly encourage all members to register as soon as the new Insight Online is available to avoid any delay in viewing eStatements.
If you wish to Skip-A-Payment, you may notice a slight difference in the way this section looks, however you will follow the same steps as you normally would to complete this process.
We are excited to bring you a new and improved online banking experience. The upgrades to Insight Online will bring you cohesive functionality across all device platforms. In other words, whether you’re connecting from a computer, tablet or app, Insight Online will perform the same.
